HEY EVERYONE! Welcome to our blog! We are passionate about good food and good health. More importantly, we are passionate about combining the two. We love to eat. In fact, we are self-declared pigs. WE BAKE OUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO! Only now, we bake it with whole wheat flour, raw sugar, no dairy, no eggs, and if we're feeling really sneaky, we'll throw in a dash of ground flaxseed. No green, lumpy grass juice for us! Over the last couple of years we have loved plunging into a lifestyle full of cooking and creating yummy and healthy food. The kitchen (small and dingy though it is) has become our #1 favorite room in the house! This blog is an outlet for us to share what we have learned and are still learning with our healthy cooking.
